Persy's specialists proved once more that there having solid server power doesn't necessarily require a lot of space and a complex configuration.

In Persy's lab the Supermicro SuperServer 5038ML-H12TRF platform demonstrated its flexibility by taking up 12 independent nodes in a 3U chassis.

Each of the hot-swap nodes has one Intel Xeon E3-1230 v3 processor and 32 GB 1600/1333 MHz DDR3 VLP ECC memory. Each node offers 2х GbE controllers + a LAN port for IPMI management, as well as 2х USB 2.0, 1x VGA and 1x COM ports.

There are a total of 4 high speeds fans in the whole system and a 1620 W Platinum Level redundant power supply.
